Hello! I’m Leonora, and I’ve been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to Korean and Japanese students since 2009.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education with a major in English from Ateneo de Davao University in the Philippines, and I am a licensed professional teacher. I also earned my TESOL/TEFL certification from the World TESOL Academy.

As a non-native speaker of English, I deeply understand the importance of learning this language. It has been essential in connecting me with people from various countries, especially during my travels to Indonesia, Thailand, and the United States. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how English can bridge cultures and bring people together. For me, English isn’t just a subject or a language, it’s a tool for global communication, and it’s incredibly rewarding to share that with my students.

In my lessons, my goal is to make learning English enjoyable and stress-free. I believe that learning should be fun and interactive, and I want you to feel confident in expressing yourself.
