Kezia Nell Acuin / Kezia 先生

Hello, I am Kezia Nell Acuin, but you can call me "Kezia" for short, and I am excited to be your tutor and also your Tomodachi. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from my studies. This makes it easy for me to connect with my students.

I enjoy imparting my insights and knowledge. I have completed the 120 hours for Teaching English as a Foreign Language and some certificates for teaching English, such as Foundational Principles, Historical Approaches, Lesson Design and Assessment, and Theories of Second Language Acquisition from Arizona State University.

I have a strong desire for education, which is how I discovered that we all have unique talents and interests. I am aware of the challenges that most online students face. I enjoy imparting knowledge to professionals, intermediate students, and young beginners in the English language. I can't wait to see you in our class. I assure you that we will have an enjoyable and fruitful class together.

● 先生のレッスンスタイルについて聞かせてください。
フリーディスカッションを通して、皆さんのことをよく知り、恥ずかしさを払拭できるようなレッスンを心掛けています。時にはジョークを言って、皆さんが笑顔になるような会話を楽しみ、会話が弾んできたところでレッスンに移ります。レッスンの理解度を常に確認しながら、理解が難しい時には、より明確になるように質問を投げかけながら理解を深めていきます。

●これまでの経歴と講師になったきっかけを聞かせてください。
元々、人に教えるということが好きです。自分の子供たちに教えるだけでなく、若い方や大人の受講生の皆さんに教えている経験があります。自分の知識を他の人に伝えることがとても意義があることだと感じています。

●今興味があること・趣味・休暇の過ごし方を聞かせてください。
趣味は読書、英語の映画鑑賞、音楽を聴くことです。
休暇中に家族と過ごす時間をとても大切にしています。
