Jiro
Thank you. Let’s begin by telling me why you have submitted an application for the position in our Marketing department.
James
Well, as can be seen on my resume, I graduated university with honors with a degree in Marketing. I have also heard that your company has an excellent reputation and I feel the position would offer me an opportunity to utilize my skills and previous work experience in a field I’m very interested in, sports and athletics.
Jiro
Interesting. So, what do you consider to be your greatest strength?
James
Hmm… I’ll have to think about that for a moment. Ah, I’d consider my greatest strength to be initiative. I’m always ready to take on new tasks, but not before I’ve finished the task at hand.
