Jiro
It’s been really interesting talking with you today. I have a good feeling about your ability to perform well if you are offered the position. Do you have any questions for me?
James
Yes, should I be given the position, what will my responsibilities be?
Jiro
Ah good question. You’ll be given a bit of training, in the form of observation of a seasoned veteran in the Marketing Department, a sort of brief internship if you will.
James
Ok, that’s a good way to learn the ropes. How long will that last?
Jiro
Not long at all, a few weeks at the most. After that, it’s off to the races. You’ll be given some smaller client accounts to manage. Initially you will be given just four clients, then, depending upon performance and client satisfaction, you’ll be given responsibility for more clients.
James
Sounds reasonable. That answers all my questions.
Jiro
