Good afternoon, Miles Davis’ office. May I help you?

Hi, Manae, this is Serge. Is Miles available?

Hi, Serge. No, he’s in an important meeting. How can I help you?
Serge
Well, I’m calling about our meeting on Friday. Due to a sudden matter, I won't be available to meet him. An emergency in the office has come up that will require my full and undivided attention.
Manae
Would you like to reschedule?
Serge
Unfortunately, I don’t know how long this matter will require my attention. I may have to postpone it indefinitely for now.
Manae
That’s terrible! Well, I’ll let Miles know about the cancelation. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Serge
No, that’s all. I’ll call back later to reschedule the meeting.
Manae
Ok, talk to you then. Bye-bye.
