Manae
Good morning. This is Manae from Miles Davis’ office. I would like to change his appointment for tomorrow.
Receptionist
One moment, Manae. Just let me pull up the schedule. Ok. So he was scheduled for 4 pm tomorrow?
Manae
Yes, that’s right but he will be out of town tomorrow. Could I change the schedule?
Receptionist
Sure. When will he be available?
Manae
Do you have an opening for next Tuesday?
Receptionist
Yes, we do. How about at the same time, 4 pm?
Manae
That would be great. Thank you so much.
Receptionist
No problem. Let me confirm it. Tuesday at 4 pm. Have a nice day.
