Well, we’re just about out of time. Can we quickly review the decisions about the course of action we’re going to take in the immediate future?
Mark
It was agreed upon that in order to capture our goal of 35% of the urban market share in athletic footwear, we need to manufacture a new line of shoes targeted for consumer need sand interests.
Serge
We agreed that Mark and I would develop and conduct a survey to determine this. Our newlines of footwear would be developed from this data.
Mark
We are also in agreement about trying to increase the rural market share to 35%, which would match our urban market share.
Tomoko
Mark, how about starting to develop a new advertising campaign to go with our new line of shoes? You’ll have to do so with the same budget as last year.
Mark
I think that shouldn’t pose too much of a problem
Tomoko
Great. So it’s safe to say that we all agree about our future goals and how to achieve them, correct?
