I will bring a charcoal stove with a grill to your table. It’s extremely hot so please take care. When the various cuts of meat and vegetables arrive, please use these metal tongs to grill the meat yourself. Be careful when cooking the fattier cuts of meat as the rendered fat can splash and burn, and make sure chicken is cooked through.
Customer
Is there a way to control the heat?
Waiter
When the coals begin to die down please call us and we’ll bring a new charcoal stove. The sauces and condiments are on your table. Please enjoy!
