Of course, no problem. The soba noodles are either hot or cold, in broth or they come with a dipping sauce. Which do you think you’d like to try?

What’s the most popular? I’ll go with whatever everyone else likes. Might make it more authentic for me.
Waiter
The cold noodles with the dipping sauce is our biggest seller. It comes with a simple soy based dipping sauce and condiments, and most customers eat it with a few pieces of tempura on the side.
Customer
Ok. I’ll have that one so.

Ok, so first mix the sliced green onion and wasabi into the dipping sauce and mix it. Then dip the noodles in with your chopsticks.
