Hello, this is our first time here. What do you recommend?
Waiter
We have a wide selection of Chinese inspired cuisine on our menu. May I ask, do you have any allergies? Is there something you dislike?
Customer
I do have a mild allergy to some shellfish, but otherwise I’m not so picky. My wife is not a fan of fish or green peppers.
Waiter
Then I would recommend one of our fried rice dishes. We also have a black bean stir-fry. It contains neither fish nor green peppers.
Customer
Do you have any spicy dishes? I need something to warm me up.
Waiter
We have spicy tantanmen. It’s a spicy noodle bowl with fresh greensand ground pork. It’s quite spicy. It contains chili flakes.
Customer
Sounds good to me. I like a challenge. I’d like an order of pot stickers too please. They have that spicy dipping sauce right?
Waiter
Right, it’s spicy and sour mix of chili oil and vinegar.
