The soup of the day is a seasonal pumpkin potage, served with some crunchy croutons. The fish is our freshly caught salmon. It’s a salmon cutlet on puy lentils with a dill sauce. And for dessert there is a very yummy apple pie, served warm with your choice of vanilla ice-cream or custard.

Except for the more exotic ones, most of our seasonal dishes contain ingredients that are grown or sourced within this prefecture. And all the fish is caught locally.
