There are so many factors to take into account when choosing a home. Some of the most important are of course location, neighbors, size and style. It also depends on the size of your family. If you are married with children, you will need a big house. If you are a single person you might want a nice apartment.
My perfect home would have to be near the sea. It would be a large modern house with lots of space and big windows. Also, I’d love a big garden and maybe a swimming pool too. It would be a detached house so I would have no neighbors. I’d like a large kitchen and bathroom and a nice spacious living room with a sea view. I would need some spare bedrooms for friends and family to visit.
The style of the house would be modern and futuristic. But I would also like lots of natural materials like stone and wood. I don’t like carpets or curtains so I would use wooden floors and blinds. I hope I’ll have my dream house by the sea some day. Maybe I’ll invite you in for a cup of tea.
