Ken
Yes, here they are.
Staff
Let me check... Ah, I’m sorry but your baggage is now in Seattle. It’ll arrive here in a few days.
Ken
Could you bring my baggage to the hotel?
Staff
Yes, of course. Would you fill out this form? And also we need your signature here.
Ken
Here it is.
Staff
Thank you very much. We’ll deliver it to your hotel as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
ケン：私のスーツケースが届いていません。私の荷物がどこにあるか確かめてもらえますか？

スタッフ：航空券と預り証はお持ちですか？

ケン：はい、こちらです。

スタッフ：確認させてください…ああ、申し訳ございませんがあなたの荷物は今シアトルにあります。２、３日でこちらに届きます。

ケン：ホテルまで私の荷物を持ってきてもらえますか？

スタッフ：はい、もちろんです。こちらの書式に記入していただけますか？それとまた・・・こちらにもサインが必要です。

ケン：はいどうぞ。

スタッフ：ありがとうございます。できるだけ早くホテルにお届けします。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。

Activity : Practice the following situations with your tutor.
練習： 下記の状況の時に何と言うか、先生と練習してみましょう。

1. Your suitcase wheel has been broken. There were four wheels before, but now they are only three.
2. You want the airline company to call your hotel when they find your baggage.
3. You can't find your suitcase. You want someone to help you find it.
4. The airline company tells you they will deliver your suitcase to your hotel, but you're going to move to New York in a few days.
5. You want the airline company to give you money to buy some clothes.
