Have you lived in Japan for a long time?  日本には長く住んでいますか。
Yes, I have.  はい、住んでいます。
No, I haven’t.  いいえ、住んでいません。

Has your sister played the piano for many years?  あなたの姉はピアノを長い間弾いているのですか。
Yes, she has.  はい、弾いています。

No, she hasn’t.  いいえ、弾いていません。
I have not played soccer for six months.  私はサッカーを6ヶ月していません。
