Hi, Sue. Have you seen Bob? I want to ask about the meeting next week.
Sue
Didn’t you hear? He is in Nagoya now.
John
Is he? I didn’t know that at all.
Sue
Yeah, he has been helping our new branch that opened in Nagoya last week.
John
How long has he been there?
Sue
I think he has been in Nagoya since last week. I got an e-mail from him yesterday and it said that he had been very busy.
John
I see. Do you know when he comes back?
Sue
I have no idea when he will be back. I guess it may be after this weekend.
John
All right. I’ll e-mail him, then.
ジョン：ハイ、スー。ボブを見なかった？来週の会議について聞きたいことがあるんだけど。
スー：知らなかったの？彼は今名古屋にいるわよ。
ジョン：そうなんだ。全然知らなかったよ。
スー：そう。彼は先週から新しくオープンした名古屋支店の手伝いに行っているのよ。
ジョン：彼はどれくらいそこにいるの？
スー：名古屋には先週からかしら。昨日彼からメールが届いたけどとても忙しいって言ってたわ。
ジョン：そうなんだ。彼がいつ戻ってくるか知ってる？
スー：いつ戻ってくるかわからないわ。たぶん今週末以降になると思うけど。
ジョン：そうか。じゃあメールしてみるよ。
