Charles
Hey, let’s invite the ABC clients to have dinner next week. It’s about time to have a closer relationship with them.
Robert
That’s an excellent idea! I heard they like drinking a lot too.
Charles
Ok, great. Oh, but wait. We don’t really have much budget left for this month.
Robert
That’s right. I guess we can take them out next month.
Charles
Um.. You might think that way however time is money too. The faster we get closer to them, the greater the chance we have to do business with them. I think we should still take them for dinner next week even if we spend our own money!
チャールズ：ねえ、来週ABCのお客様を夕食に招待しないかい？そろそろ彼らとより親密な関係を築くべき頃だと思うんだ。
ロバート：それはすばらしい考えだね！彼らはとてもよく飲むと聞いたよ。
チャールズ：すばらしい。あ、でもちょっと待って。今月あまり予算が残っていないんだった。
ロバート：そうだったね。来月にしてもいいと思うけれど。
チャールズ：うーん。でも時は金なりとも考えられるかもしれない。彼らと早く親しくなればなるほど、彼らとビジネスを行える可能性が高くなる。自腹を切ってでも来週彼らを食事に連れて行ったほうがいいと思うんだ！
