Hey, did you hear the news that Apple is making more than double their profit compared to last year?
Jimmy
Sure! They must be doing very well. The first Apple store was finally opened in Hong Kong this year inside the famous financial center and it’s always so crowded.
Tim
Wow. That’s great! You should definitely go check it out there too.
Jimmy
Yeah, I know. But once it calms down a little I think.
ティム：ねえ、アップルが昨年比２倍以上の利益を獲得しているっていうニュースを聞いたかい？
ジミー：もちろん！彼らはよくやっているに違いないね。香港で初めてのアップルストアがついに今年有名な金融センターの中にオープンして、開店以降いつもとっても混んでいるよ。
ティム：へえ。それはすばらしいね。君も必ずそこへ行って見てくるべきだよ。
ジミー：うん、そうだね。でももうちょっと落ち着いてからかな…。

This building is well known as an icon in Yokohama and we are lucky to have an office here. It’s been 25 years since this building was constructed.
Kinkakuji, also known as Temple of Golden Pavilion, is located in Kyoto and it’s only about a 20min drive from our office so we would love to show you around there if you’ve got time.
This famous building was built in 2001 by Karen Kim who is also a founder of the trendy clothing brand “FSS”.
Our conference will most likely be held in the financial center called “IFC” which is located a 3min walk from the nearest train station.
This area called “the Rocks” is known as a historical place and it’s been a famous spot for both tourists and locals.
この建物は横浜の象徴としてよく知られていて、この中にオフィスがあることをわれわれは大変幸運に思っています。このビルが建てられてから２５年になります。

”Temple of Golden Pavilion” としても知られている金閣寺は京都にありますが、我々のオフィスから車で２０分ですので、もしお時間があれば喜んでお連れしますよ。

この有名なビルは2001年に流行服ブランド”FSS”の創立者でもあるカレン・キムによって建てられました。

我々の会議は最寄駅から歩いて３分のところにある”IFC”と呼ばれる金融センターで開かれる可能性が最も高いです。

“the Rocks”と呼ばれるこのエリアは史跡として知られていて、旅行者にも地元の人にも有名なスポットです。
