Do you know when the next meeting will be held?
Mr. Suzuki
We are planning to have a meeting in Chicago next month.
Matt
So soon? I have to prepare reports.
Mr. Suzuki
We are asking all department heads to attend on the first day.
Matt
That will be a big meeting. I don’t think I remember their names.
Mr. Suzuki
Don’t worry. We will prepare name tags for everyone. You only have to worry about your report for the financial results of the past 6 months.
Matt
I am definitely worried about those results.
マット　：次回の会議はいつ開催されますか？
鈴木さん：来月シカゴで会議を行う予定です。
マット　：そんなにすぐですか？報告書の準備をしなければ。
鈴木さん：初日には、全ての部門長に参加してもらうよう依頼しています。
マット　：それは大きな会議になりますね。皆さんの名前を覚えていないように思います。
鈴木さん：名札を準備するので、心配しなくていいですよ。この６か月の財務結果報告の心配だけしてくださいね。
