Mr. White has made an advertisement for a new product. He asks his boss, Mr. Taylor, for his opinion.
ホワイトさんは新商品の広告を作りました。上司のテイラーさんに意見を求めます。

課題： 先生の後に続いてくり返した後、それぞれの役を練習してみましょう。

Mr. White
This is an advertisement for our new product. I’d like to hear your opinion about it.
Mr. Taylor
Let me see. You had better change the design of the advertisement.
Mr. White
Specifically, in what way do you think we should change it?
Mr. Taylor
First, you should enlarge the name of the product because the letters are small and hard to read. Then, how about putting the photo in the middle to make it stand out?
Mr. White
OK, I’ll make the changes you suggested.
ホワイト：
新製品の広告が出来ました。ご意見を伺いたいのですが。

テイラー：
そうですね…。広告のデザインを変えたほうがいいですよ。

ホワイト：
具体的には、どういう風に変えればよいとお考えですか？

テイラー：まず、文字が小さくて読みにくいので、商品名を大きくした方がいいですね。それから、もっと目立つように写真は真ん中にしてはどうですか？

ホワイト：
わかりました、そのように変えてみます。

助言の仕方―否定文

その話は持ち出さないほうがいい。

今は市場に投資しないほうがよい。
