Hello, Mr. Tanaka. I’m just calling you to confirm my appointment tomorrow. I’m going to come to your office at 10am. Would that be OK?
Mr. Tanaka
Of course, that would be OK.
Mr. Smith
Which floor should I go to?
Mr. Tanaka
We’ll be waiting for you in the third conference room on the third floor. Visitors must register at the reception desk. Please sign in there and wear a visitor’s badge before entering the elevator.
Mr. Smith
Certainly. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
スミス：
もしもし田中さん。明日のお約束の確認でお電話させていただきました。明日は１０時にオフィスにお伺いしようかと思っています。大丈夫でしょうか？

田中：
もちろん、それで大丈夫ですよ。

スミス：何階にいけばよろしいでしょうか。

田中：
３階の第３会議室でお待ちしております。来訪者は受付で記名しなければなりませんので、エレベーターに乗られる前に受付で記名して、来訪者章をつけてください。

スミス：
かしこまりました。明日お目にかかれることを楽しみにしております。

Both the company and the employee must observe these rules.
