Do you have any plans for next week?

I’m planning to go golfing with my customers next week. We haven’t decided the precise date and time yet.
Ms. Long
You know Mr. Simon is resigning at the end of this month. I want to give him something but I don’t know what to buy. Could you come with me if you are available?
Mr. Scott
I think the golfing will be on either Saturday or Sunday. I can come with you on the day that I’m free.
ロング：
来週何かご予定ありますか？

スコット：
来週はお客様とゴルフに行こうかと思っています。まだちゃんと日にちも時間も決まっていませんが。

ロング：サイモンさんが今月いっぱいで退職されるでしょう。彼に何か贈りたいんですが何を買えばいいのかわからなくて。ご都合よろしければ一緒に来ていただけませんか。

スコット：
ゴルフは土曜か日曜のどちらかだと思います。空いている方の日にご一緒しましょう。

練習

Activity 1: Talk about some plans you [your coworkers] are thinking of. Use any of the following phrases and times.
練習1：　下記のフレーズや時間を使って、あなたやあなたの会社の仲間が考えている計画について話しましょう。

Activity 2: Tell your tutor about something you were thinking of. Use the phrase, “I was planning to～.”
練習：I was planning to～という表現を用いると、過去に計画していたことについて話すことが出来ます。この表現を用いてあなたが過去に考えていたこと、計画していたことを講師に話してみましょう。
Ex. I was planning to become a teacher when I was a student, but now I’m working as a sales person.
